Property Inspections
We Perform Interior & Exterior Property Inspections
Inspections will be performed at your request by your property manager or a member of the management team assigned to supervising the unit.
Quarterly, semi-annual, or impromptu interior inspections of the property can be requested for a flat fee of $45.00 per inspection per unit. A inspection report will be constructed including photographs, notes, and preventative maintenance recommendations.
We perform inspections to preserve the integrity of the property and protect the cash flow of your investment.

The Management Proposal
We A Provide Comparative Market Analysis of Rent For Your Asset
Upon receiving request for a proposal, a First Avenue Real Estate Agent will set up a meeting with you at your property to complete a physical inspection & assessment of the property.
Prior to the physical inspection, the agent will perform a comparative market analysis of rent for your property and send you a package including a sample management agreement, marketing flyer, and the rental analysis.
After the physical inspection, the agent will make recommendations to either increase or decrease the market rental listing price based on the quality of improvements and any obsolesces.
A second meeting will be scheduled after the initial physical inspection. We will invite you to visit us to see our office and answer any questions you may have about our services and the management contract.
The management contract is negotiable and we will custom tailor our agreement and responsibilities to fulfill your needs.
